Prices
All prices on the website are in euros, exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. StandUpBox has the right to adjust the prices on its website, without citing to its customers/visitors.
StandUpBox can not be held to price indications that error, if the consequence of entry, typing or printing errors.

You can be confident that your personal data StandUpBox carefully handles. We use them for any purpose other than for shipping of your order and our administration.

Shipping
After sending your order has StandUpBox no longer affect the delivery of it and therefore cannot be held liable for any delay by the shipping party.
The buyer is responsible for passing the correct delivery address. Any additional costs due to an incorrect delivery address are at the expense of the buyer.
Returns
It may happen that the product you have ordered is not expected. Of course, you may return the product. We of course like to hear from you what is different than expected, but you are not required to give a reason. The products must of course be unused and undamaged and in original packaging.
After receipt of the product you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days to let you know that you want to return the product. You do this by email. We will send you a confirmation email. In this confirmation email we will give you a return form with a return number. This number puts you on the return form and send you with the return.
From the moment you have sent this mail, you have 14 days to return the product. Products that are sent without return notification by email in advance, or that are not within 14 days of signing up, will not be considered.
Pack the products you return well. Preferably in the original packaging in which you have received it.
After receipt of the return deposit StandUpBox the amount of your purchase within 14 days back to your bank account. You won’t pay the cost of return.
One more time in summary:
Send an e-mail to let us know what you want to send return.
Wait until you have received a confirmation email from us with a return form and a return number.
Please send the product well packed together with the completed return form back to us.
Within 14 days after we have received the product in good order, we deposit the money back on your bank account.
Disputes
All legal relationships which StandUpBox being a party shall be exclusively governed by Dutch law. StandUpBox and the customer will only do a job on the right after they have made efforts to do its utmost to settle a dispute in mutual consultations.
Liability
StandUpBox is not liable for damages of any kind, direct or indirect, that after delivery, from any cause whatsoever arising is yours, to business of yours, to family members, to matters of family members, to third parties or third-party business. The foregoing is in force except in cases where there is intent or recklessness. If StandUpBox should be liable for any damage, then StandUpBox’s liability is limited to a maximum of twice the invoice value of the product to which the liability relates.
